Practical answers about your planter, your reading and what happens next.
What comes with my crystal planter?
Check the materials, overall size and photographs on the product page. Furniture, books, fragrance bottles and other surrounding styling props are not included. Choose an arrangement that suits the available space, and measure your surface before ordering.
Will my piece look exactly like the photographs?
Natural stones can differ in color, inclusions and shape, and botanical placement may vary. These differences are part of the material. A damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed item is a separate issue and is not explained away as natural variation.
Are the plants living, dried or preserved?
Botanical accents differ between arrangements. The current material descriptions do not establish that every accent is living, dried, preserved or artificial. Check the individual description and request clarification before choosing a piece if that distinction matters to you. Do not water the assembled bowl based on its appearance alone.
How should I care for my planter?
Keep it indoors on a stable surface, away from prolonged direct sunlight and moisture. Lift from underneath the vessel and dust gently with a soft, dry brush. Avoid soaking, salt, oils and cleaning chemicals. Small components should be kept out of reach of children and pets. See the Product Care guide for more detail.
What is free, and when would I pay?
You can begin with a free reading summary. Where a full report is offered, its one-time price and included content are shown before checkout. A report purchase does not create a recurring subscription. Account or order-access requirements are explained in the purchase flow.
What is calculated, and what is interpreted?
Numerology follows the calculation method shown with your result. The birth chart uses astronomical positions with a tropical zodiac and whole-sign houses. Tarot draws cards at random. The written meanings are an editorial system for reflection, not scientific personality assessments or predictions.
Where do my saved readings go?
Older readings you chose to save remain in this browser, with a local archive of up to 20 reports. Reports remain available in the archive for up to 30 days; expired entries are removed when the archive is opened. They do not sync to another device. Notes remain in the current session and can be included in a download.
Can a crystal or reading guarantee an outcome?
No. Crystal associations and readings are symbolic. They cannot guarantee healing, income, protection from harm or a particular relationship outcome. Use qualified professional advice for medical, financial, legal or other consequential decisions.
What are your shipping and return terms?
Physical orders dispatch from Hong Kong, China, with 1–3 business days for preparation and an estimated 5–12 business days in transit. We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns; statutory rights and valid claims for damaged, incorrect or undelivered goods remain. The merchant pays return shipping for eligible returns.
