Who is responsible

YOUBUY LLC, United States, operates Oracle & Stone and is responsible for the personal information it handles through this website. For privacy questions or requests, email support@oracleandstone.com. This notice describes the website, reading tools and store, rather than the practices of unrelated websites.

Information you provide

Depending on the feature you choose, information can include your name, email, billing and delivery address, phone number, order details and customer-support messages. Reading inputs can include a question, date of birth and, for a natal chart, birth time, place, coordinates and time zone. Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive information about yourself or another person.

Free calculations and saved readings

Free calculation and interpretation tools run in your browser. Older readings you chose to save are stored locally on this device. The local archive makes up to 20 reports available for up to 30 days and removes expired entries when opened. Favorites also use browser storage.

Reflection notes entered alongside a reading stay in the current session unless you include them in a download. Clearing website data removes local saved copies and preferences. Downloaded files are separate copies on your device and are not removed by clearing our website data. A local archive is not an account that syncs across devices.

Requested full reports and purchases

If you choose a full-report preparation or purchase feature, the inputs and generated content needed for that feature can be sent to and stored on our server to prepare the report, associate it with an order, deliver it and restore authorized access. This is separate from using a free calculation locally. The relevant screen explains the request before you proceed.

Order and access information may be used to confirm ownership. An order reference and verification sent to the purchasing email may be required to restore a purchased report. Do not share access codes or private report links.

Payments and service providers

Payment information is handled by the payment provider selected at checkout. PayPal and the payment methods it supplies may process payment, device and fraud-prevention information under their own privacy notices. Our store receives the transaction and order details necessary to fulfill and support the purchase. Do not email full card numbers or security codes to us.

We use service providers for hosting, store operations, transactional email, payment processing and physical delivery as needed. Information is shared for those functions, to respond to lawful requests, or where another lawful basis applies. Some processing takes place outside your country, including in connection with fulfillment from Hong Kong. Where required, applicable transfer safeguards must be used.

Technical information and cookies

The website and its hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps and error or security logs. Cookies and similar storage support such functions as carts, sign-in, reading access and saved preferences. See Cookies & Browser Storage for details about managing local information.

The store also loads WooCommerce order-attribution tools. These can use referral source, campaign parameters, landing-page and session information to record how an order reached our store. Attribution information can be associated with an order when it is placed.

Optional analytics or advertising require an appropriate notice and the choices or consent required by applicable law. This notice itself is not consent to optional tracking. The current forecast sign-up form does not send or store newsletter submissions while subscription service is unavailable.

Purposes and retention

Information is used to provide a requested service, process and deliver an order, support customers, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations. Depending on the circumstances and law, the basis can be performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests such as service security, or consent where required.

Local archive availability is described above. Online report access follows the period stated for the service. Order, support and security records are kept for the period needed for their purpose and applicable obligations. An online-access expiry is not a promise that every related transaction record is immediately erased. Ask us for the retention criteria relevant to your information.

Your choices and requests

You can remove browser-saved readings through Saved Readings, remove favorites, or clear site data using your browser. You may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of information, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent, depending on applicable law. You may also have a right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Email support@oracleandstone.com with the request and enough information to identify the relevant account or order. We may need proportionate verification before releasing or changing information. Do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are needed. Required transaction records may need to be retained even when other information can be deleted.

Children and notice changes

The store and reading purchase features are not directed to children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information can contact us to request review and appropriate action.
