Change-of-mind returns

We do not offer a voluntary change-of-mind return or exchange window. Please check the product materials, dimensions, photographs and delivery information before purchasing. This policy does not remove any cancellation, return, guarantee or refund right that applicable law gives you.

If your item is damaged, incorrect or missing

Email support@oracleandstone.com as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and a description of the problem. For damage or an incorrect item, include photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label if available. These help us assess the issue; inability to supply a particular photograph does not automatically remove a legal right.

We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer law. Natural variation is not a reason to refuse a valid claim for damage, an incorrect item or a product that materially differs from its description.

Return shipping is on us for eligible returns

For a return accepted under this policy or required by applicable law, YOUBUY LLC bears the return shipping cost. Contact us for the return address and shipping instructions before sending the item. We will provide a label or agree a reasonable return-shipping method and cost. Keep proof of shipment.

A parcel’s dispatch address is not necessarily the correct return address. Do not send a return to an address found on the original parcel without checking the instructions we provide.

Your statutory cancellation rights

Where EU, UK or other mandatory consumer withdrawal rights apply, they take precedence over our voluntary no-change-of-mind policy. Eligible EU and UK distance purchases generally allow notice of cancellation within 14 days after receipt, subject to the applicable rules and exceptions. Email us a clear statement that you wish to cancel and identify the order.

We do not treat all crystal arrangements as legally exempt simply because they use natural materials or are assembled by hand. Any applicable exception must relate to the specific item and the law. Refund amounts, original standard-delivery charges, return timing and reimbursement deadlines follow the rights applicable to your purchase.

Refunds and order cancellation

If a refund is due, it will be returned through the original payment method where possible, within the deadline required by applicable law. We will explain the decision and any information needed to process it. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

If you need to cancel before dispatch, contact us promptly. We will check the order’s status. This operational request does not limit a statutory cancellation right.

Digital reading reports

Digital reports do not require a physical return. Contact support if a paid report cannot be accessed, was charged more than once, was not delivered or does not match what was sold. We will investigate and provide any remedy required by law.

A difference of opinion about a symbolic interpretation does not create a separate voluntary satisfaction guarantee. Statutory digital-content and cancellation rights remain applicable. We do not assume that starting a download alone waives a cancellation right where express consent and acknowledgment are legally required.
