Using the website

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when it is needed for an order or service. You must be legally able to make the purchase, or have any authorization required by applicable law. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content or misuse another person’s information.

Products, photographs and natural variation

Product pages identify the materials, overall dimensions and price of each crystal arrangement. Photographs may include surroundings and props that are not supplied. Natural stone colors, inclusions, shapes and botanical placement can vary; your screen can also affect perceived color.

These variations do not excuse a product that is faulty, incorrect or materially misdescribed. Unless the individual product description says otherwise, no particular treatment status, laboratory certification, botanical type or external styling accessory is promised. Read the Product Care guide and ask about any specification important to your decision.

Prices, payment and order information

Displayed store prices are in US dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Review the final price, any shipping charge, taxes and available payment method before submitting an order. Payment options, including options supplied through PayPal, depend on your region, device and the checkout configuration.

An acknowledgment confirms receipt of an order; it does not mean a parcel has been dispatched. If a material price, availability or description error affects your order, we will contact you to explain it and resolve the order fairly, including a refund where required. We will not collect an additional payment without your authorization.

Readings and digital content

Free summaries and paid reports, where offered, are identified before purchase. A full-report purchase is a one-time transaction for the report described in that offer, not an automatically renewing subscription. The purchase screen states the price, included content and online access period.

Readings use an editorial interpretation system and symbolic traditions. They are not a live consultation with a human professional or an open-ended external AI conversation. Calculated astronomical data do not establish predictive validity. Readings and crystal associations do not replace medical, mental-health, financial or legal advice.

Delivery, returns and your rights

Physical products are prepared and dispatched under our Shipping policy. Our Returns policy explains the absence of a voluntary change-of-mind window, how to report problems and merchant-paid shipping for eligible returns. Mandatory consumer protections take precedence over conflicting wording.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or requires you to waive a mandatory consumer right. The place of incorporation or dispatch does not by itself remove protections applicable to your purchase.

Content and personal copies

Our website content and branding, and content used with permission, are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the provided tools and keep downloaded reading copies for personal use. Commercial redistribution of our branding, photographs or written material requires permission or another lawful basis. Third-party materials retain their respective rights.

Service changes and questions

We may update content or features and correct errors. A change to these terms does not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase. Material changes will be explained where required. Contact support first if you need help resolving an issue; this does not restrict any right to contact a regulator or use an available legal remedy.
