Care for your little landscape
Simple ways to look after the stones, the botanical details and the vessel.
Choose a steady place
Display indoors on a level surface away from the edge. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, heat, high humidity and water splashes. Place a protective mat beneath the vessel if your furniture surface is delicate.
Handle the whole arrangement gently
Support the vessel from underneath with both hands when moving it. Do not lift by a crystal, stem or decorative element. Keep small or sharp pieces out of reach of children and pets; these arrangements are decorative objects, not toys.
Clean without soaking
Use a soft, dry brush to remove dust gently. Do not immerse the assembled arrangement, place it in a dishwasher or apply salt, oils, fragrance, abrasives or cleaning chemicals. Different stones and assembly materials can react differently to moisture and cleaning products.
Check the botanical details
The collection uses botanical accents, but their type is not consistently specified for every product. Do not assume every stem needs watering. Follow any care information supplied with your individual arrangement and request clarification if you are unsure whether an accent is living, preserved, dried or artificial.
Unpack with care
Open the packaging on a clear, stable surface. Keep protective packaging until you have checked the arrangement. If an item arrives damaged, take clear photographs of the item and packaging and follow the Returns information before repacking or sending anything back.
